Right from the get-go OutreachCRM was built as an online solution - a simple way to keep track of your contacts, clients, customers, members, donors - whatever contact lists and groups you need to manage.

Richard has a Consumer & Applied Sciences degree in Design so it’s not surprising he’s our in-house designer and go-to person for getting the look & feel of your message templates just right.
Richard is also a bit of a tech whiz, and knowing his way around the computer means he’s just the guy to provide most of our client support & training.
Along with hanging out with his four munchkins Alix mentions, Richard is also a keen football & squash player.
Alix joined Garth in the Outreach Software adventure from the start.
Alix works with a range of businesses and organisations, learning how they work day to day, sorting out & streamlining processes, identifying goals and designing the right OutreachCRM set up for each.
Then, in her spare time, Alix thoroughly enjoys being mum to Tim, Louis, Sylvie & Charlie ☺
Andrew is our developer extraordinaire & like the rest of us he’s been a part of the crew for some time. Moving to Dunedin to attend Uni, we were fortunate to get him on board soon after he graduated.
With a range of programming languages in his tool kit, Andrew brings the team all the technical skills required to make Outreach work for our clients.
As the principal of a local & family owned legal practice, Garth was on the look out for a better way to keep track of the firm’s client details, and to record the history and interaction his staff were having with clients and other relevant contacts.
Garth had the idea and hired the right guy to build the solution.
The first version of OutreachCRM had a slightly different flavour from what it is today but the needs of small businesses’ remain the same – the ability to manage customer relationships easily.
